What Tell Alma makes

Tell Alma produces creative work — concept pitches, still images, short animated images, and finished short films — using generative AI systems under human creative direction. Every deliverable on this service is AI-generated with human-directed creative arrangement. Nothing here was shot with a camera unless expressly stated.

Your license to what she delivers

When you purchase a deliverable, you receive a worldwide, perpetual license to use it commercially — run it as an ad, post it, cut it, put it on television. We don't claim ownership of your delivered work and we won't resell your specific deliverable to another customer.

What we can't promise

  1. Originality and non-infringement. Generative systems are trained on large datasets. We take real care in how we direct them — including deliberately avoiding imitation of identifiable artists and brands — but we cannot warrant that any output is free of resemblance to third-party material. You are responsible for reviewing every deliverable before publishing it commercially.
  2. Copyright registration. Under current U.S. Copyright Office guidance, purely AI-generated material is not copyrightable; works with meaningful human creative arrangement may be protectable case by case. We cannot guarantee that any deliverable can be registered or that copycats can be stopped.
  3. Brand accuracy. Alma researches your brand from what you give her and what's public. Verify every factual claim in a script before you run it.

What you may not do

Don't use the service to generate content that's unlawful, that impersonates real people without their consent, that infringes marks or works you don't have rights to, or that targets private individuals. We can decline or refund any brief.

The practical version

She pitches, she shoots, you own the right to run it. Look at everything before you publish it, the way you'd review any agency's cut. Questions: williamshermer@gmail.com.
